C. 1 On the HOME or AUTO sheet BELOW, right click on the style that you want. Go down to and click "Save Picture as", choose the "SAVE" option and save the file to your system (in "My documents" or other chosen file). OR (for some Win95 OS) save as (use the save as type drop drop window) a Bitmap (*.bmp) file.

2 Then when done saving and/or finished with web site (and web) close browser window.

3 Find the quote FILE that you saved to your system and open it in a paint program, like Windows Paint (use the GIF, *.bmp or all files option to open, if needed).

4 Use the TEXT ( the letter "A" ) tool, to type (fill-in) all of your info. Recommended font: ARIAL BLACK and the 16 pt. font size.

5 Save your QUOTE SHEET / file (as a GIF or *.bmp). In the next steps you will be asked to send us an email message. The point of this is that you will attach (as a attachment) the GIF or *.bmp file you just saved and send it along with your message.

6 Then open your Internet browser and call up your browser's email screen and send to insurance@larkeyins.com -OR- just return to this site page and open your Internet browser email screen BY CLICKING ON theLIKNK BELOW (and send to us at:)

insurance@larkeyins.com

7 Type your name in the body of the message and click on the attachment button. You will see a dialog box that lets you select files from your system. 8 Find the FILE that you just saved, select it and click on the OK or OPEN button. The name of your picture file should show in the attachment area of the email screen. 9 Click SEND! If you are going to send another quote in, remember to attach it as well.
